Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Avocadius, an AI-powered social media content studio operated by Avocadius. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Avocadius. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Stripe integration is pending; subscription terms, refund policy, and tax handling will be finalized before billing goes live.

You retain ownership of the brand assets, voice samples, captions, and images you upload or generate. You grant Avocadius a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

Outputs produced by AI models may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or content that does not reflect your brand. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it.

You agree not to use Avocadius to generate or publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or rights-infringing content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

Avocadius connects to Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok to publish content on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avocadius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Avocadius is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice before they take effect.

You agree not to use Avocadius to generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that violates the terms of any integrated platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok). We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

When you connect a social account, your use of that platform remains governed by that platform's own terms. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, X Corp, or TikTok. Avocadius is not endorsed by or certified by these platforms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law.
