Who we are
Avocadius is the data controller for personal information processed through the Avocadius platform.
What data we collect
We collect: account information (email, name), brand information you provide, images and files you upload, social account tokens you authorize, content generated through the service, and usage logs (timestamps, feature interactions, error reports).
How we use it
We use your data to operate the service, generate AI content on your behalf, publish posts to the social platforms you connect, secure your account, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share it
We share data with carefully selected processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic and Google Gemini (AI generation subprocessors), Cloudinary (image hosting), and n8n (publishing workflow). Each processor handles data only to perform contracted services.
Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, residual backups are removed within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
International transfers
Our processors may store or process data outside your country of residence. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

Children
Avocadius is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner before taking effect.
